- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: THIS PROJECT IS SET-ASIDE FOR CERTIFIED SMALL BUSINESS HUBZONE CONTRACTORS. Project location: US Coast Guard Harbor Facility, Corpus Christi, 1201 Navigation Blvd, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, TX. Work consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and materials and transportation to coat one roof at the main building by installing an elastomeric (fluid applied) roofing system to an existing corrugated asbestos cement roofing system; installing an elastomeric (fluid applied) waterproofing system to the existing metal roof and wall panels at the Aids to Navigation (ATON) supply building; paint existing exterior doors and regrade concrete pavement slope to provide positive drainage away from the hazardous materials storage building; renovate the existing morale building to provide offices and storage for the Coast Guard Cutter Manatee; and install a 20’ X 40’ government furnished modular building to serve as a Coastal Patrol Boat storage facility. The estimated price range of the complete project is between $250,000 - $500,000. Performance time is 120 calendar days. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required.
