Description: The U. S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) plans to acquire twenty-eight (28) each Quad-Band Satellite Emulators (QBSEs) and associated spare parts for the Phoenix Tactical Super High Frequency (SHF) Satellite Terminal as well as fourt een (14) each New Equipment Training (NET) classes and five (5) each Block 2 Terminal Upgrade Training Classes on the Tactical Super High Frequency Terminal. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6. 302. See Note 22.
