Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 374 Contracting Squadron, Yokota AFB, JA intends to award a sole source GSA order to Ultra Electronics Advanced Tactical Systems, Inc. Items to be procured: Software upgrade to add the BADGE data link to the ADSI. This purchase will be made under Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The period of performance will be within 4 months after the date of award. The anticipated award date is 15 Aug 05. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this Synopsis is 22 Jul 05 at 4:00 PM Japan Time.
