Description
The purpose of this amendment is to change the requirement from “Brand Name Only” to “Brand Name or Equal” and revise the delivery information. The description for this requirement is changed to Brand Name or Equal, Anritsu, Spectrum Analyzer, model number MS2661C 3GHz, with options 1, 2, and 20. The salient characteristics for an “Equal” Spectrum Analyzer are: Frequency Range from 9kHz to 3GHz, 110dB dynamic range, High C/N ratio, Low distortion, High frequency and level accuracy, Measurement functions, Adjacent channel power, Two screen display, FM demodulation waveform display, High stability reference oscillator, Narrow resolution bandwidth (resolution bandwidth (3dB): 30 Hz, 100Hz, 300Hz), Tracking Generator (frequency range: 9kHz to 3GHz: output level range 0 to –60dBm; setting resolution: 0.1dB). If proposing “Equal” products, be sure to submit documentation which demonstrates the item’s compliance with the salient characteristics as mentioned above. As a result of this change to Brand Name or Equal, the following clauses now apply to this acquisition: FAR 52-211-6, Brand Name or Equal (Aug 1999) and FAR 52.214-21, Descriptive Literature (May 2001). Also changing is the delivery information as follows: 1 each delivered to HQ AMC/A63A, ATTN: TSgt Durward Jackson, 203 West Losey St, Scott AFB, IL 62225, and 1 each delivered to 305 CS/SCMW, Mark for: MSgt John Brook, 1902 E. 3rd st., McGuire AFB, NJ 08641 on an FOB Destination basis.//////// This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. AMC Contracting Flight intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. This is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334515 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The solicitation number for this announcement is Request for Proposal (RFP) FA4452-05-Q-A312. This requirement is for Brand Name only, Anritsu, Spectrum Analyzer, model number MS2661C, with options 1, 2, and 20. The quantity is 2 each. Delivery is 30 days after receipt of order at 305 CS/SCMW, Mark for: MSgt John Brook, 1902 E. 3rd St., McGuire AFB, NJ 08641 on an FOB Destination basis. Information shall be provided in a format that reflects the price per item and a total price. Total cost shall include all shipping and handling. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.
