Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a firm fixed price contract to Guardian Parachute, Santa Ana, CA for 180 parachutes for the BQM-74E Aerial Target System. NAVAIR has an urgent short term need for these parachutes. Guardian is a current producer of the BQM-74E parachute and is the only known source who can produce and begin deliveries with sixty (60) days to fulfill NAVAIR's requirement for these parachutes.
