Description

The Government proposes to acquire, on a sole source basis from RTD Embedded Technologies, Inc., 35 each, Digital Signal Processors, P/N: SPM186420ER1000-256, 35 each, Power Supplies, P/N: APWR104HR-50W and 35 each Associated Enclosures. Accelerated delivery of these items are required to support Apache BFT Voice-Over Packet Early User Test & Evaluation on aircraft subject to OEF/OIF deployment. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to RTD Embedded Technologies, Inc. 103 Innovat ion Blvd., State College, PA, 16803, under the authority of Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to sat isfy agency requirements. The period of performance for this effort is one (1) month after receipt of order. There is no technical data package and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which may be considered b y the contracting officer. See Numbered Note: 22.
