Response Date: MM AUG DD 22YYYY 2005 45days Description: Pron: AX5F0436AX , NSN: 5340-01-513-4484 Part Number: DP3-5, Quantity:31 each minimum/1,031 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Blackhawk. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumbe rland PA 17070-5001. The required delivery schedule is 31 each 120 days after contract award. This item is restricted to Phoenix Products Inc. Cage Code (042G6) because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it c annot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recogni ze and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
