Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement (No Substitutes): 1 each, Naumann Hobbs, Caterpillar Lift Truck P5000-LP; 5,000 pounds @ 24 inch Load Center; 188 inch MFH Triple Mast, 84.5 inch OAL, 36 inch FFH, 6 degree forward/6 degree back tilt angle, 39.5 inch ITA Class D Carriage; 1.6 inch x 3.9 inch x 48 inch hook pallet forks; 48 inch load backrest standard; single speed po wershift transmission; single pneumatic drive steer tires; EPA compliant emission system, drive-by wire throttle control, multi-port fuel injection, electronic vehicle control featuring on board diagnostics, engine protection system, system for tracking op erator presence(s.t.o.p.) feature, low LP indicator, vinyl full-suspension fold down seat, rubber floor mat, two headlights with guards  OHG- mounted, combination stop/tail/backup lights, tilt cylinders, tilt steering column, 3 section valve featuring: t hree cowl-mounted levers and adjustable lever positioning, elevated air intake, floating powertrain, brake fluid level indicator and electronic backup alarm; warranty: Caterpiller twelve (12) month warranty, unlimited hours, Caterpiller parts protection 24 hour parts availability or that part is free; Caterpiller service protection free loaner guarantee; speeds  travel loaded 10.5 mph; travel empty 11.5 mph; lift loaded 125 fpm; lift empty 130 fpm; lowering 98 fpm; engine: K25-58 HP @ 2675 r.p.m.; Options: drawbar pin; single function internal hosing for a triplex mast; steel LP tank 33.5# horizontal volume fill; 39.5 inch ITA Class II Integral Sideshifter includes load backrest (40.5 inch overall width), replaces standard carriage on Mast. FOB Destinatio n (Fort Huachuca, Arizona 85613). Payment will be made by Government Credit Card under Net 30 Terms.
