- Description
- This is a Pre-Solicitation noctice. Contractor shall furnish medical facility maintenance services to the Fairchild Medical Treatment Center located on Fairchild AFB. Services shall be performed in accordance with all Federal, State, local and commercial standards. This acquisition will be accomplished using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13. The Government will evaluate offers utilizing Performance Price Trade Off (PPT) procedures. This procurement is restricted as a small business set-aside with North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561210 and the related small business size standard is $30.0M. This procurement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract. This requirement will be for a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. THE GOVERNMENT WILL ISSUE THIS SOLICITATION THROUGH THE INTERNET. Procurement documents will NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format nor CDs. Notification of any changes to this solicitation will be made ONLY on the Internet site. It is, therefore, the contractor's responsibility to check the below listed Internet site daily for any posted changes in this solicitation's documents which will be available on or about 13 Jun 2005. Download from the Internet is free of charge; however, the solicitation documents may take time to download. The address for downloading this solicitation from the Internet is http://www.eps.gov. Offers shall be submitted via paper copy. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. When the solicitation is posted, it is imperative interested parties review this site frequently for any updates/amendments. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www. ccr.gov database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
