Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Education Division intends to award on a competitive basis, a contract for computer software. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. The Solicitation Number is HE1254-05-Q-0114 (attached) and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFQ). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 2005-03 and DCN 20050422. Offerors shall include the completed solicitation, price quotes, representations and certifications, amendments (if issued), etc. with their solicitation package due by 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 21, 2005. Faxed quotes are permissible. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is a Federal Government agency, an education activity, and tax exempt.
