Description

Furnish labor, equipment, supplies and materials, except for government furnished property, to perform approx., 415,200 CY of site grading, 107,700 SF of plug dump grading, 7,000 LF of exploration road grading, 5,950 LF of road grading, 8,400 LF of road ripping, and 282 acres of seeding. The work is located in Elko County, Nevada. This requirement is 100% HubZone Set-Aside. The estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The anticipated period of performance is 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds - 100% of the contract price. The solicitation document will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Specifications and Drawings will be available on CD and may be obtained by written request only. Written requests may be submitted by fax to (303) 236-0590. No verbal requests will be accepted. Bidders will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their bids. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about July 20, 2005. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation, and register or update their registration at the Online Representation and Certification Application website at http://orca.bpn.gov.
