- The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Psychologist Services for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution, Seagoville, Texas. The services will be performed on individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factors only. The contract shall consist of a 12-month base period and four 12 month option periods for renewal. The estimated quantities are as follows: Base Year - 48 sessions; Option Year 1 - 48 sessions; Option Year 2 - 48 sessions; Option Year 3 - 48 sessions; Option Year 4 - 48 sessions. A session will be defined as (8) eight hours in duration. The solicitation will be available on or about July 14, 2005 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about August 19, 2005. The solicitation is 100% set-a-side for small business. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible small businesses may submit a quote, which will be considered.
