Description

PERFORMANCE DECISION ON STREAMLINED COMPETITION Medical/Dental Equipment, Biomedical Engineer and Repair of Other Equipment (NIEHS) under Reference Nr. N05GR03 A-76 FINAL DECISION- This is an announcement of results of the recent Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, streamlined competition of the Medical/Dental Equipment, Biomedical Engineer and Repair of Other Equipment, NIEHS that included but where not limited to Service of Medical/Dental Laboratory equipment and research project computers, provide customer and other equipment services. NIH has completed a streamlined competition for these services in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. On June 22, 2005 the streamlined competition form (SLCF) was certified by the agency and the Contracting Officer, indicating the study completion. As a result of this study, performance of these functions will remain in-house. Based on this decision, the Contracting Officer will execute a Letter of Obligation (LOO) with the senior manager responsible for performance of the function. In accordance with revised OMB Circular A-76, effective May 29, 2003, no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition.
