Description: This project consists of earthwork, site utilities, and installation of a new MODULAR office building, pre-engineered metal building and paving for the U.S. Forest Service, Klamath National Forest, Happy Camp Helibase. The work is covered under a base bid item of the Modular office building and two options, one of a pre-engineered metal building and one of asphalt paving and curb. Estimated start date is October 1, 2005 with a contract time of 210 calendar days. There is no pre-proposal meeting scheduled at this time. Offerors will be required to submit both a technical and a price proposal responding to evaluation criteria as outlined in Sections L and M of the solicitation. Solicitation will be available for downloading from this website on or about July 24, 2005.
