Description

Mezzanine to be fabricated from steel, IAW OSHA standards and installed inside the building. Safety Railing - should be made of steel and installed IAW OSHA standard. Toe Plate- installed around mezzanine IAW OSHA standard. Loading Port - one 8 feet section of safety railing will be removable for loading/unloading supplies to and from mezzanine. Stairs - should constructed IAW OSHA standards, minimum of 48 inches wide and located at southeast corner of mezzanine. Decking - deck should be covered with 3/4" tongue and groove plywood over stell grating. Dimensions: height 9 feet, length: 38feet and 8 inches, width: 20 feet and 7 inches. All support pillars should be made of steel and must be secured to the floor with concrete anchors (minimum four anchors per pillar). Beams should be secured to existing wall. Mezzanine should be constructed and installed over top of permanenetly installed structure. Paint - entire structure must be painted with the final coating coated with enamel Gun Metal gray color. Adequate fluorescent lighting on the underside must be installed. Contractor/manufacturer must be responsible and dispose all waste including hazardous material and waste IAW with local, state and federal regulations.
