Description

SYNOPSIS: Contractor to furnish all necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment to replace mechanical equipment room components, two (2) A/C units, first floor ductwork, galley fans, water heaters, replace floor and reinforce beams, insulate attic ducts, install two (2) attic fans and four (4) gravity ventilators, and provide all electrical work associated with the work above and the waterfront at USCG Station Ponce De Leon, New Smyrna Beach, Florida. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2002 code is 238990. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $12.0 million. Estimated construction price range is $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 120 calendar days. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. Bid opening date is August 23, 2005 at 2:00 P.M.
