Description

Furnish all management, labor, materials, and equipment to Construct a Pre-engineered Metal Building for the Engagement Skills Trainer (EST) Facility at 6000 block, Fort Rucker, Alabama. Contract duration is 310 calendar days. The solicitation will b e issued via the internet on/about July 27, 2005, with bid opening approximately 30 days thereafter on/about August 30, 2005. This will be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract. Start work 10 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost magnitude of proposed acquisition is between $250,000 and $500,000. The statutory cost limitation applicable to this project is $750,000. The NAICS Code is 236210. Small business size is $28.5 million. This solicitation is issued under the Small Business Competitivenes s Demonstration Program on an unrestricted basis. All responsible concerns may submit a bid which will be considered.
