Description

DUCT CLEANING SERVICES. James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital, Tampa Florida. NOTE: This is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Only proposals submitted by firms classified as SDVOSB are being considered at this time. This is a synopsis for commercial services per the procedures at FAR 12, 13, and 15. Solicitation number RFP 673-138-05. Solicitation issue date 12 July 2005, offers due 29 July 2005, 4 p.m. eastern standard time. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561790, size standard $6M. Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to clean ductwork and associated fans for the James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33612, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resulting contract. Note: many areas involve asbestos, therefore contractor must possess necessary capability/training etc. Period of performance: 1 October 2005 - 30 September 2006, plus two 1-year option periods.
