Description
***LOCAL VENDORS ONLY*** 1 EA - Purchase new tire changer for Yokota Air Base. Model No. WT603 (WS 3299-8000), Onodani Kiko Co., Ltd. or Equal. * The following features, devices and specifications are required for our tire changer. Tilt Back Tower: providing clearance and access for tire removal and inflation.; Electric Turntable: place to set tire/wheel for mounting and demounting.; Four Jaw Clamping Chuck: positions the wheel on the table in either internal or external positions.; Bead Press System (Disc/Roller): Disc holds tire bead down to lubricate both tire and wheel. The Disc also presses tire sidewall down to help insert tire lever. This helps lift the tire bead onto mount/demount head. Roller is used to re-loosen lower bead after it resets itself during demounting.; Mount Press System: Pushes wheel down on stiff side wall to assist in wheel clamping, also will lift and hold the tire in “UP” position to assist in lower bead removal. The “mount press head” follows the tire as it rotates, holding the bead in the wheel drop center position for faster, easier tire mounting and demounting.; Built-in Air Inflator: expands tire sidewall to bead seat area of rim to seal and allow inflation.; Side Bead Breaker: separate the tire bead from the wheel.; Tire Lever Tool: for demounting tire.; Air Pressure Gauge with Tire Inflation Hose: for inflating and check air pressure of the tire.; Air Regulator with Water Separator and Oiler (R.F.L. Unit): extracts excess moisture from input air line / adds air oil lubricant for extended machine life.; Clamping Jaw Cover: for Alloy and Aluminum Wheels.; Wheel Clamping Range: External Clamping 10”~20” / Internal Clamping 12”~22”; Rim Width Range: 3.5J~12J; Maximum Tire Outside Diameter: 860mm; Maximum Tire Width: 320mm; Type of Drive System: Air / Electric; Electric Motor: 200V 3 phase, 0.75kw(1HP), 50/60Hz; Operating Air Pressure: 1Mpa; Wheel Handled: Steel and Alloy and Aluminum NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-MAY-2005).
