Description: 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, management supervision, quality control and labor necessary to perform the upgrading audio visual (AV) equipment at USFJ MacArthur Conference Room as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW), in accordance with commercial practice. See attachment 1 for the required system. The offeror may counter-offer the system or AV equipment in its technical proposal. The Contracting Officer has a wide discretion of adopting/not adopting the counter-offer.
