Description: The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations for diagnostic testing of X-ray equipment at the Milwaukee, WI. VA Medical Center; and the Fox Valley Satellite Clinic, Appleton, WI. Contractor will furnish all, labor, materials, and transportation necessary for the testing of X-ray equipment. Anticipated base period of performance is August 31, 2005 through July 1, 2006 with four one year option periods.
