Description

Medical Consultant Services with specialties in Cardiology (1 contract, 8 hrs/week), Psychology (1 contract, 12 hrs/week), and Neurology (2 contracts, each 4 hrs/week) to review medical evidence in Federal Disability claims. No patient contact involved. Review must be performed at the Regional Office in Seattle, Washington. The period of performance is a base period of 6 months with four additional one-year optional performance periods. RFP to be issued o/a 05/03/2005. Request for the solicitation package must be received in writing. Telephone requests will not be honored. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. All responsible sources are invited to submit a proposal, which will be considered. All offerors must be CCR Registered.
