Description

The Dept of Pharmacy, Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii 96859, has a requirement to lease/rent contractor-owned TPN (total parenteral nutrition) compounding system and consumable supplies. Equipment will replace an older Baxa-owned model cur rently in use. The new equipment shall comply with HIPAA and USP Chapter 797 requirement. Delivery of supplies will be on-call. The Govt anticipates to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract for the base period date of award  30 Sep 05 with (4) year options en ding 30 Sep 2009. The solicitation closing date is 6 Jul 2004, 8am HST. The requirement is unrestricted to all business concerns. Due to the required compatibility of the items involved, the Government reserves the right to award on an all or none basis to one contractor.
