- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 40,030 rentable sq. ft in Glendale, California within either of the following delineated areas: Glendale: North Boundary: Highway 134 East Boundary: Verdugo Road South Boundary: Chevy Chase Drive from San Fernando road to Acacia and Acacia from San Fernando Road to Verdugo West Boundary: Pacific From Highway 134 to San Fernando and San Fernando from Pacific to Chevy Chase Drive Downtown Los Angeles: North Boundary: Highway 101 East Boundary: Hill Street South Boundary: 9th Street West Boundary: Highway 110 to Bixel, Bixel from Highway 110 to 3rd Street and Beaudry from 3rd Street to Highway 101 On-site reserved parking is required for eighty- six (86) official government vehicles. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
