- SPECIAL NOTE: OFFICE ADDRESS FOR THIS POSTING IS NOT THE EASTERN SVC CTR IN SPOKANE - CORRECT OFFICE IS REGION 10, AUBURN, WA. General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Northwest Region 10, Property Development Division, Facilities Operations Support Team, Contract Services Team has a requirement for elevator inspection services to be performed at its buildings in the states of Alaska (Northern Service Center), Oregon (Southern Service Center), Washington (Western and Eastern Service Centers), and Idaho (Eastern Service Center). The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of elevator inspection services. The government will consider total offers for each geographic service center, and may award one, two, three, or four contracts from this solicitation, according to the best value provided to the government. Contract(s) will be firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity-type contract(s), with a performance period of one year, with four one-year options for a total possible performance period of five years. Inspections required are annual routine, semi-annual, no-load, 3 year, and 5 year. Estimated start date is September 1, 2005. The solicitation will be available on this web site on/about June 25, 2005. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov), Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) database (www.orca.bpn.gov), and VETS 100 website (www.vets100.cudenver.edu/). It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor FEDBIZOPPS for changes and updates. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Estimated total value of this acquisition is between $100,000 - $500,000.
