Numbered note 1 applies. This written solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.arm y.mil and will be listed under Watervliet Arsenal. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Becuse of this, the Government is under no oblication and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbend upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for rec eipt of offers may render you offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. Anticipated time of award not known as there is no commitment of funds at this time. Estimated issue date of solicitation is July 14th.
