Description: BWXT Y-12, L.L.C., (Company) acting under Prime Contract No. DE-AC05-00OR22800 with the U. S. Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA), invites you to submit a response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for providing an Integrated Design Team for the planned new non-reactor nuclear Uranium Processing Facility (UPF) at the Y-12 National Security Complex (Y-12) in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The value of the facility construction, including equipment, is estimated to be in the range of $400 to $800 million dollars. It is the intent of the Company to secure a design entity capable of performing the required Title I, II, and III design services for this project.
