Description: Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole source fixed price contract to BAE Systems, for an FY05 and FY06 procurement of OE-120()/UPX Antenna Group production units, associated Installation and Checkout (INCO) spares, and technical data. BAE Systems, P.O. Box 868, 65 Spit Brook Road, Nashua NH 03061-0868, is the sole designer, developer and producer of the OE-120()/UPX Antenna Group and is the only known source possessing the requisite experience, technical data and technical expertise needed to meet Government requirements pursuant to 10 U.S.C., 2304(c)(1).
