Description: Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole source fixed price contract to Litton Systems Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Northrop Grumman Corporation, Woodland Hills, CA (formerly Litton Data Systems) for an FY05-FY06 procurement of AN/UPX-24(V) production units, Installation and Checkout (INCO) spares, retrofit kits, Control Indicators (CI's) and technical data. Litton Systems, Inc., Navigation Systems Division, a subsidiary of Northrop Grumman Corporation, 21240 Burbank Boulevard, Woodland Hills, CA 91367-6675 is the only known source possessing the requisite experience, technical data and technical expertise needed to meet Government requrements pursuant to 10 U.S.C., 2304(c)(1).
