- Contractor shall quote CARBON DIOXIDE, TECHNICAL, GRADE B, NON-MEDICINAL, 99.5 PERCENT PURE, BULK DELIVERY; MUST COMPLY WITH FEDERAL SPECIFICATION BB-C-101. Estimated quantity is 3,600,000 Pounds. Deliveries will be made to three locations on Robins AFB. The Period Of Performance will be 15 Jul 05 through 14 Jul 06 (BASIC PLUS TWO OPTION YEARS). Option Years is Option 1001 Period of Performance 15 Jul 06 ? 14 Jul 07; Option 2001 Period of Performance 15 Jul 07 ? 14 Jul 08. Delivery locations are Bldg 150, Bldg 169 and Bldg 20180 on Robins AFB GA. Deliveries shall be Monday ? Thursday from 8:00 am ? 3:00 pm (excluding holidays) at all LOCATIONS. Bldg 169 tank size approximately 25,000 pounds. Bldg 20180 tank size approximately 60,000 pounds. Tank is required to be kept not less than 30% full at all times. Contractor is responsible to monitor tanks to ensure proper levels are maintained at all times. Delivery is on an ?AS CALLED? basis. Government Point of Contact for placing orders and accepting deliveries will be given in award document. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.7, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) FB206750760198. 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Written procedures will be used for this combined synopsis/solicitation. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07, NAICS is 325120 and small business size is 1000 employees. Assets shall be delivered FOB Destination.
