PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The following description of work to de done at Bldg #406 Ft Wadsworth, GNRA, Staten Island, NY 10305: 1- replace existing asphalt roofing approx 750 sf 2- replace deteriorating wood deck, approx 35 sf 3-clean, repoint and repaint chimney 4- replace flashings approx 41 lf 5-repair, refinish wood eaves approx 340 sf 6- replace existing gutters approx 115 lf 7-replace existing downspouts, approx 65 lf Solicitation Number Q1773050016. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed-price construction contract for the furnishing and installation, to include supervision, of above stated work. LOCATION: Bldg 406 Ft Wadsworth, SI NY 10305. The NAICS code for this project is 238160 and the small business size standard is $12 million. Contract duration is 180 days following notice to proceed. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $25,,000 and $100,000. This procurement is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is subject to the provisions of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The National Park Service encourages the participation of disadvantaged and women-owned business enterprises. A site visit will be scheduled for all interested parties with the time and date to be announced in the solicitation, Section L, clause 52.236-27 Alt 1, Site Visit (Construction). Responses will be due approximately 30 days following issuance of solicitation. Search by referencing the solicitation number (above), Department of the Interior, National Park Service.
