Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12 and 15 and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulations as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number 516-057-05 applies and is issued as a request for proposals. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 423450 at 100 employees. Provide AtheNA Multi-Lyte System Kit #A20001, or equal, which includes Sheath Fluid, Daily maintenance, Reagents, and Calibrator/controls for 60 months for the VA Medical Center, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744. All proposals are to be submitted by hard copy to the designated office by COB July 8, 2005. ELECTRONIC VERSIONS OF PROPOSALS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
