Description

A sole source commercial contract is anticipated by the 16th Contracting Squadron, 350 Tully Street, Hurlburt Field, FL 32544-5810, to AGFA Corporation located at 10 S. Academy Street, Greenville, SC 29602 for the following facility: 16th Medical Group, 113 Lielmanis Ave, Hurlburt Field, FL 32544. This procurement is for preventive maintenance and emergency repair of AGFA ADC and IMPAX equipment to include hardware/software maintenance. It has been determined to be in the best interest of the 16th Medical Group to award this service to AGFA because they are the manufacturer of this equipment and the only company authorized to provide warranty maintenance. NAICS Code 811219 Size Standard $6 Million with the estimated project value being $181,360. A Firm-Fixed-Price contract is anticipated.
