Description: After hours telephonic nurse triage services in support of Naval Hospital Jacksonville, FL, from 0000 to 0600 hours, 365 days a year, and as needed during other periods when the hospital's existing system is inoperable, in accordance with Statement of Work, Section C, for the base period July 1, 2005 through September 30, 2005 with three option year periods October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006, October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007 and October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008.
