Scope: Paint entire exterior of Circa 1883 Historic Structure; Exterior wall surface is approximately 2520 SF, porch deck and steps surface is approx. 212 SF, there are 5 exterior doors and 26 exterior windows. The work of the project consists of the general surface preparation, reputty windows, priming and painting/varnishing of exterior siding, trim, doors, windows, wood storm windows and screens, and other related components of the Roosevelt Duplex in Hyde Park, NY; part of the Roosevelt Vanderbilt National Historic Sites NAICS 238320 Magnitude of project estimated to be >$75K- <$105K
