Description: The Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center will issue on or about June 22, 2005, IFB 246-05-02080, Utility Plant Upgrade. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and qualified supervision for Utility Plant Upgrades in Building 501. Work includes mechanical, electrical, and general trades. Cost estimate for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Procurement is 100% set-aside for service-disabled, veteran-owned, small businesses. NAICS code is 238220 with a small business size standard of $12.0M. The date and time of the pre-bid conference will be contained in the solicitation.
