Description

Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials for the replacement of all below ground lift station components (except enclosure) including supports, cables, floats, controls, pumps, motors, valves, etc. Install a 4-inch PVC U-bend vent onto the lift station concrete closure cap and replace existing corroded hatch with a stainless steel hatch of similar design. Remove the river water fire pump and provide temporary sanitary facilities during upgrade of lift station. The performance period is sixty (60) calendar days from notice to proceed. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 2002 code is 237110, with a size standard of 28.5 million.
