- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required item under RFQ V551315118A018. A subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. FISC Norfolk intends to purchase on a competitive basis the following item(s): CLIN 0001 Winch Repair. Repair of winch will be on the Cape Johnson located at Naval Weapons Station Yorktown/Cheatham Annex, 290 Fourth Street, Williamsburg, VA 23185. The winch will be made available for inspection June 6th through June 10th, 2005. Please contact BMC Hunt (757) 887-4027.
