Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to proivde all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary for the complete instatllation of a roof on the Aviation Trail Building, located within the boundaries of the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park. Work shall include, but is not limited to, removal and installation of entire existing roofing membrane; removal and replacing existing sheet metal flashing and coping and also repairing any water damage. The NAICS code for this project is 238160. The small business size standard for this project is $12 million. The estimated price for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.00. Project time is 90 days after Notice to Proceed. This project will be solicited and awarded in accordance with the Small Business Demonstration Competitiveness Program, Public Law 100-656. Accordingly, this project is open to both small and large businesses. The Request for Quotation, with specifications and drawings will be posted to websites: http://wwww.fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about June 20, 2005. No hard copies of the Request for Quotation will be mailed or issued. To receive a quote package, you must download it from http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
