Description: Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) is seeking companies who have the capability to provide a dynamic automated labor and production tool that will track production through several shops by multiple Production Control Numbers (PCN) and employees working vario us processes. The tool must interface with the Army standard Automated Time And Attendance Production System (ATAAPS) and provide real time reports. ANAD is seeking sources for a vendor that has an off the shelf production management and tracking tool th at can work in administrative and production environments, and especially be customized to work in the industrial shop environment and interface with current standard systems. Production Planners enter new jobs by PCN prior to work being introduced into th e shops. Must be capable of holding planned versus actual totals for labor and materials. Employees should be identified through automation as being at work, working on a particular job, when they change from one job to another, an integrated system that allows material handlers to charge materials to a PCN, labor and production files downloaded daily into ATAAPS, capability to schedule CAD/CAM machines for production per PCN, real time report available at managers workstations to show current status of planned versus actual performance by PCN, real time report available at managers workstations to show employee job performance on each PCN, real time report available at managers workstations to show machine time per PCN, capability to graphically displa y performance by PCN, employee, machine, etc. Interested companies are requested to provide brochures, literature, published price lists, and descriptions of the commercial product not later than 7 calendar days after synopsis appears.
