Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attachment. This announcement constitutes the Request for Quotation; and a separate request for quotation will not be issued. The United States Attorney Office Middle District of Georgia located in Macon, Georgia has a requirement for Moving Services in accordance with the Statement of Work, Phases, and required dates. The move will start on Thursday, June 9, 2005 and shall be completed on Tuesday, June 28, 2005. The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, expertise, technology, and anything not mentioned here required to perform and complete all elements known and unknown of the tasks identified through this statement of work. The Statement of Work and Phases for this project are uploaded as an attachment. This notice is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, NAICS 484210. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. The solicitation number is RFQ-EOA20-5-0077. See ATTACHMENT for the following additional information: Instructions for completion of solicitation package, Schedule of Commercial Services and Prices, Statement of Work and the following clauses 52.2121, "Instructions to OfferorsCommercial Item", 52.2123 "Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items", 52.2124 "Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items" and 52.2125 "Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders  Commercial Items. Offers or quotations will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.1062 and other evaluation factors contained in the solicitation "Evaluation of quotations or offers". An organized site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 7, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Each Offeror shall confirm their attendance, how many individuals will attend the site visit, and where participants will meet by contacting Kim DeFore at (478) 621-2611- Office/(478) 719-7568 ?
