Description

WANTED TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT The United States Government desires to lease approximately 16,790 rentable square feet of office space, yielding 13,300 ? 14,600 usable square feet and 16,445 rentable square feet of warehouse space yielding 13,000 14,300 usable square feet within the following boundaries of Oakbrook Terrace: Spring Road - East 16th Street - South IL Hwy 83 - West IL Hwy 38 - North Seeking first-class office and warehouse space. The office and warehouse space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The office space offered must be contiguous as does the warehouse space. Eleven (11) structured parking spaces are required. The lease term will be for approximately 10 years. Occupancy is desired by March 2006. The General Services Administration is not using tenant brokers to represent the Government in the lease negotiations or transactions. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
