Description

The Contractor shall provide the management, supervision, labor, aterial, supplies and equipment to provide custodial services at the West Heating Plant, 1051 29th Street, NW., Washington, D.C. Services shall be for an initial period of one year, with the Government's unilateral option to extend services for four (4) consecutive additional periods of one year each. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 17, 2005, with bid opening on or about July 12, 2005.This procurement is totally set-aside for 8(a) firms. The NAICS code is 561720. The solicitation will be issued electronically only. All responsible non-excluded sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency.
