- AMENDMENT No. 2, IS MADE to the solicitation as follows: Revised Quote/Bid Schedule, Item/Description "remove/delete line items #9 and #10. The Options A & B K14 Oil leak repairs. The valve was repaired and the leak stopped on Monday, May 23, 2005. 2.) Amend Page 4.1 General Description; revised third sentence add/insert "when each substationis taken out of service the Electrical Service Crews will install grounds." 3.) Page 5, revise paragraph 2.b.1 Headgate Substation (La Paz Co., Az. ) revised to read "Filter oil in six (6) Cooper Power System reclosers (5 in service and one spare) type VWE, oil capacity approximately 45 gallons each. Check for a nitrogen leak in transformer KZ14. 4.) Page 6, Paragraph 3, item G and J Power Transformer Maintenance Service/Optional test - delete entire paragraph. ONLY WRITTEN OR FAX REQUESTS FOR "REQUEST FOR QUOTE" (RFQ) SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED - FAX NO. 928/ 669-7187, Attention: Angie Harper, Procurement Agent. PROJECT DESCRPTION: Contractor shall provide all tools, parts, equipment, transportation and labor to perform on-site Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services at seven (7) Electrical Substations at various locations on the Colorado River Indian Irrigation Project, under the BIA Colorado River Agency, Parker, AZ.
