****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISTION SHOULD BE DIRECTED to Ted Arterberry, Contracting Officer, AMSAM-AC-AP-C, NOUN: Conditioner, Power L, NSN: 6110-01-524-8524, P/N: HM025-429-11, PRON: AX5F5413AX, Quantity: Minimum/10 Maximum/50 each five years Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) applicable to the AH-64 APACHE Helicopter. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 10 each 189 days after contract award with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 . This item is restricted to Robertson Aviation, LLC Cage 1T765. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item desc ribed item above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
