****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISTION SHOULD BE DIRECTED to Ted Arterberry, Contracting Officer, AMSAM-AC-AP-C, NOUN: Tray Assembly, Airfr, NSN: 1560-01-245-0115, P/N: 7-311111143-87, PRON: AX5F5470AX, Quantity: 11 each ap plicable to the AH-64 APACHE Helicopter. Production Lead-time is 189 days after contract award with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company Cage 8V613. The Government does not have adequ ate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described item above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to comp ete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements.
