- STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) 23 May 2005 1. Description of the Work Provide all materials, equipment, and labor required to install requested electrical capabilities in the communications rooms in bldgs 506, 506A, 3006, and 3006A. Work schedule must be coordinated through USSOCOM/SONC-J6 2. Major Activities (a) Scope of work The contractor shall install the requested electrical circuits and/or required sub-panels with requested receptacles as follows. Need 18 NEMA L6-20, 220V ? 20 Amp, dedicated circuits with number 10 wire, so that upgrade to 30 Amp will be available. a. Building 3006, there are two communication rooms, one will need 2 L6-20 and the other will need 4 L6-20. b. Building 3006A will need 4- L6-20 electrical outlets installed; locations for these circuits should be on a generator/UPS power as determined by MSG Hester. c. Building 506A will need 4 L6-20. d. Building 506 will need 4 L6-20. 2 receptacles will be placed by each of the 9 communication racks in the rooms listed above per the direction of SOCOM point of contract. The SOCOM Form 14 is the approving document. Contractor will be responsible for clean up and disposal of all refuse generated by project. Contractor will meet or exceed appearance standards as prescribed by SOCOM. Contractor will be responsible for any other action deemed necessary to insure completed project provides a finished product that is acceptable to SOCOM. (b) Description Installation of additional 220V circuits for communications equipments upgrades. (c) REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall accomplish all work no later than 30 days from the receipt of the contract. All work shall be inspected and shall be installed in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, Air Force and local guidelines for occupational health and safety standards. 3. Place of Performance The primary place of performance is buildings 506 506A 3006 3006A, MacDill AFB, FL. 5. Project Schedule The contractor shall coordinate work schedule with USSOCOM/SONC-J6-P to minimize effect on facility patrons. 6. Security Requirements The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining a base entry pass in accordance with base entry requirements. This pass shall be used only to gain entry to the base to perform services as needed to fulfill all contractual requirements. This pass shall not be used to gain entry to any other area on base. 7. Pay Schedule Payment will be made to the contractor after final inspection of the project and I invoicing via the Wide Area Work Flow online invoicing system. 8. Reports and Project Acceptance Inspection approval of the Contractor work performed is required prior to final client acceptance.
