Description: The following two items are added to the PRESELECTION CRITERIA: 4) Associated with or have access to archaeological inventory staff and facilities that meet requirements of the Secretary of Interior and the Kentucky State Historic Preservation Office for conducting archaeological investigations in Kentucky. 5) Associated with or have access to, at a minimum, one biologist, one water resource project economist and one water resource project planner, all having at least 5 years experience in planning water resource related projects and preparing NEPA (National Environment Policy Act) documents.
