- Description: OVERLOAD BOARD HOBART BROS CO P/N 387738A OR RENAU ELECTRONIC LABORATORIES P/N 50B1001D PR NO: RH051250030000 Project No. RH05125003 This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for the base year and four option years. Maximum annual quantity is 1,472 each, the estimated annual quantity is 736 and the guaranteed minimum quantity is 184 for all years. The annual surge requirement is 28 per year. The minimum delivery order quantity is 184 and the maximum delivery order quantity is 736. FOB Destination with inspection and acceptance at origin, quality assurance provision QAP 005 applies. This is a critical application item. Quantity variance is zero. Stock location(s) to be cited on each delivery order. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 6110-01-100-7638. Required delivery is 90 days. Trade Agreements Act is applicable. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
