AMENDMENT 0003 The following amendment is hereby issued to administer the following changes: The following item has been added: 0004 'Brand Name or Equal' (1 EA) Steel Box of (8) Punches & Die sets: (Choose 8 sizes 3/16 to 1-1/16 Dia). The following questions were asked and the following answers were provided: Q1. Please advise what electrical arrangement is required by the End User. A1. Electrical Arrangement is Phase 3 440 Volts. Q2. Magnetic Fence Bar is listed. Fence Bars are not magnetic. Please claify if you want Magnetic Squaring Arm (Removable) or Fence Bar or both. A2. Government needs a Magnetic Squaring Arm (Removable). At a minimum, responsible sources should provide this office: a price proposal on letterhead /or a SF1449. Either a price proposal on letterhead, or a SF1449 should show the requested items, with their unit prices, extended prices, Total price, prompt payment terms, remittance address, Tax I.D. #, Duns #, Cage code. Responses to this solicitation are due by June 02, 2005, at 16:00, or 4:00 P.M.
